Doing this comic in grayscale hasn’t always worked out, but Kasey’s rich shading here made the gray tones really sell the scenery. I love the way this page looks.

Question is, is he actually going to kill himself, or does he KNOW Lola is still alive and is just putting himself into “storage” in case he’s ever needed again?
So, essentially being a Dragon from Empire of the Dying Sun?

This comic will make a great movie someday. Although I must admit it can’t be done with just one movie. Gotta be a series like LOTR, so the entire storyline can be shown properly.
