Chapter 11, Page 16

Astute readers may have noted that I drew Girii wearing the Senegalese command hat in that Alignment Chart a couple chapters ago.  A little foreshadowing, there.  She certainly looks good in it, much better when Michael is drawing her.  (I don’t draw women well in general, but for Girii specifically I tend to make her too beefy.)

Girii: We've come to an agreement. I'm in charge now. And I guess...we should get ready to evacuate. Any questions?
Kentaro: Um...
Girii: Yes?
Kentaro: Nevermind. It's nothing. I...might come talk to you later.
Msaka: What's he thinking?
Girii: He's really scared. Beyond that, I can't tell...yet.
