The Artist’s Secret is that all art comes from abnormal brains. So if you create art that satisfies your own tastes, you have created for a market of exactly one abnormal person. If you’re lucky, a handful of other freaks get some joy from your creations too.

Trying a little thing or two new here to increase the detail and complexity of the art. Have to ramp it up; next chapter is going to be complicated (but fun) to draw.

Girii: Rent.

  1. Sar says:

Old, pumped up, military jacket, goes after Doe… Joey?

  2. Gaijin says:

    Giantesque proportions? Check.
    Cargo vest? Check.
Bald on top, mullet in the back? Check.

    Yup, that’s Joey.

  3. Remus Shepherd says:

Do you want me to verify your guesses? I mean, you’re going to know for sure on the next page. 🙂

  4. SCAScot says:

Interesting pattern in the tile floor. I’ve seen that somewhere before.

    Very clever.

  5. Gaijin says:

I’m digging the Super-model Angel of Genetic Salvation, myself.

  6. --jt-- says:

At first I thought the pattern was a big crossword puzzle. Now I figure it is a “game of life” simulation. If so – would it be actively evolving?

  7. Remus Shepherd says:

    That’s a neat idea, Jt.

I meant it as just a spiral pattern. In order to show it moving I’d have to show several panels of it shifting around. I don’t think I’m going to spend that kind of time on a floor. 🙂

  8. SCAScot says:

That was my initial thought (Game of Life).
